Jason is a Registered Australian and New Zealand Patent and Trade Marks Attorney.  Jason has significant drafting and prosecution experience in general mechanical patents, medical devices, software and business methods.  With a background in Environmental Science Jason is keenly interested in projects that attempt to resolve or mitigate environmental degradation.

Jason has considerable commercial dealings with Trade Marks and managed significant international Trade Mark portfolios. Jason has been involved in providing advice and securing trade mark protection for a range of companies, not-for-profit organisations, and individuals.

Jason has substantial experience in the filing, prosecution and enforcement of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks within Australia and in overseas jurisdictions.
